pivaSiS Engineering was founded in 2012 by Baha SALGIN. Our founder, Baha SALGIN, graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from YTÜ in 2000 and completed his MBA at İTÜ in 2003. Since 2003, Baha SALGIN has specialized in the transfer of powdered raw materials and semi-finished products within factories (particularly pneumatic mass transfer), their mixing, dosing, storage, and the synchronized automatic operation of these processes as an integrated facility.
pivaSiS Engineering began manufacturing its own machines shortly after its establishment in 2014. Its first and flagship product, the pivaCON Vacuum Conveyor, enables the closed-loop transfer (without dusting or polluting the environment) of powdered raw materials or semi-finished products from one point to another within a factory. The entire design and manufacturing of pivaCON is carried out by pivaSiS. Today, pivaCON Vacuum Conveyors operate smoothly in many countries around the world. pivaCON takes pride in being the preferred choice of its customers due to its design advantages over competing companies that claim to be leaders in the global vacuum conveyor market. The first pivaCON Vacuum Conveyors produced in 2015 continue to operate smoothly.
Following the successful production of the pivaCON Vacuum Conveyor, the design and production of the pivaDENSE Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying System for the heavy-duty transfer of raw materials and semi-finished products in powder and/or granular form, design and production of pivaMiX Dry Mixing Mixers with special mixers and special bearing solutions for mixing raw materials and semi-finished products in powder and/or granular form as dry and/or slurry, design and production of pivaFiLL Filling and Emptying Units for bigbag emptying, bigbag filling, bag emptying, and bag filling, The design and production of pivaDOSE Dosing Units for dosing powder and/or granular materials, The design and production of single-layer or multi-layer pivaSiFT Screen Units for separating powder and/or granular materials according to particle size, Design and production of pivaSiLO Silo Units equipped with special measures required for the storage of bulk materials, Design and production of pivaFLEX Flexible Connection Solutions for flexible connection requirements between equipment, Design and production of pivaPLANT Facilities where the above-mentioned products are implemented as a whole, The design, production, and writing of the necessary PLC and Frequency Converter application software for pivaFAS Industrial Automation Panel Systems, which are the industrial automation applications required for pivaPLANT, are all carried out entirely within pivaSiS Engineering.
In addition to these products, we also develop and implement pivaBOT Industrial Robots for robotic applications required by evolving and increasingly automated production processes.
