Filling and Discharging Units for Big Bags and Bags

pivaFiLL

General

PivaFiLL Big Bag Discharge Units are units that discharge bulk material from big bags weighing between 200 kg and 1.2 tons. Units with different configurations are available for discharging materials with varying flow characteristics from large bags (large bag bottom damping activation, large bag side wall boxing activation, spring-loaded natural lift activation, crane lifting activation, etc.).

Technical

The large bag can be emptied into the bunker either by gravity through the bottom discharge chute or directly by vacuum using the bottom nozzle. Additionally, the large bag can be emptied using the suction nozzle from the top chute.

Piva FiLL Bigbag Discharge Units also offer a dosing option with optional weighing integration.

Product Development

pivaFiLL Large Bag Discharge Units enable the ergonomic and hygienic discharge of industrial bags weighing between 5 kg and 25 kg by the operator. During bag discharge, the suction fan system prevents dust from moving toward the operator. At the end of the process, the dust accumulated in the filter is discharged into the bunker, thus preventing waste of the dust material.

Security!!!

pivaFiLL Bigbag Filling Units enable the filling of materials weighing up to 1,500 kg into large bags. The unit's weighing integration and the correctly selected pivaDOSE dosing equipment at the top allow for precise dosing.

Before filling the big bags, a big bag inflation process is applied to inflate the empty big bags for volumetric filling efficiency. This process is performed with specially filtered air for food applications and with nitrogen for oxygen-sensitive or flammable materials.

An optional vibrating floor application is available to ensure the filled material is properly positioned in the big bag.

pivaFiLL Big Bag Filling Units are available in Net and Gross versions with different filling speed performances. Where height is suitable, 25 kg bags can be filled at a rate of approximately 4 tons/hour with the Net weighing and dual filling nozzle version. In addition to numerous engineering designs, digital load cells are used in the system for precise weighing.

The hygienic version of the device has a design that complies with food standards. Vacuum and nitrogen injection can be applied to the bag when filling oxygen-sensitive products.

The device is operated by a single operator. Our company continues its R&D work for an operator-free version.
